Sandra joined Elite Resolutions after having been a client first! The community she lives in had had a Hurricane Irma roof claim denied twice before when Vince, then just a family friend, came to the rescue! Vince took over and was successful in getting the claim favorably negotiated replacing the 12 building roofs. Not too long after, the community was hit with a flash flood. 10 buildings totally 56 units suffered severe water damages. Before even calling their insurance agent, Sandra called Vince and within 6 hours he was on sight and leading the way to another successful claim. She enjoyed working with Vince during the flood and when offered a position, jumped at the opportunity to be part of his team.
Professionally, Sandra has a diverse managerial background in construction management and event production. After spending several years as an Assist Director in Sports first at the University of Miami working at the Hurricane Club, and then at Florida International University where she was instrumental in the design and building of the on campus football stadium. She left academia to work for BlackBerry where she was the LATAM Manager for Special Events and Product Launches.
She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Biscayne College but prefers to describe herself as a problem solver and people person with a PhD in Life. Sandra has 3 adult children and 3 amazing grandchildren and when she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies are cooking, reading, traveling and babysitting!
